Mission Statement The Faubourg St. Roch Project (FSRP) is a New Orleans based 501(c)(3) non-profit, with the mission of revitalizing the St. Roch Neighborhood in a holistic manner. FSRP is dedicated to sustainability and affordability for St. Roch residents, and a model of urban neighborhood revitalization for others to follow. We honor and preserve history, culture and long-standing urban assets, promote economic development, the arts and the engagement of public spaces, and build with environmentally innovative technologies.
